Admission procedure for the academic year 2017-2018

Admission procedure is different for international students who need an entry visa to reside in Italy and italian or international students not requiring entry visa (Students residing in European Economic Area - EEA). Meeting all the requirements is mandatory to take the entrance exame. If one of some requirements are missing it is not possible to enter the Programme. See entry requirements here.

Foreign/international students requiring an entry visa:

For foreign/international students requiring an entry visa to to reside in Italy application procedures closed on 18th May 2017. A new call will be published next spring on this website. The call will contain all the details about deadlines and admission procedure.

Applications will be submitted exclusively on-line, according to the procedure specified in the next call for admission. There are 12 places (2 places for each curriculum) reserved for foreign/international students requiring an entry visa to Italy.

These students were required for a early preliminary online evaluation to check if they meet the academic requirements for applying to the master's programme. If they are in possess of all the requirements they can take the oral exam to enter the Master's Degree Programme.

N.B.: EU candidates or foreign/international candidates already regularly residing in Italy are considered equivalent to Italian candidates, and therefore for admission to the Master’s Degree Programme in Advanced Automotive Engineering they must follow the procedure indicated in the specific call for applications reserved for them (see below)


Italian and international student not requiring entry visa:

Students from European Economic Area (EEA) and European Union (EU) countries and foreign students with a regular residence permit are allowed to move without restrictions throughout Italy. For these students applications must be submitted exclusively on-line from 07 August 2017 to 22 December 2017, (1:00 pm local Italy time).

There are 108 places reserved for italian and international student not requiring entry visa.

Applicants with a suitable application will take a written test, as specified in the call. It will consist of 60 multiple choice questions and 2 open questions on various topics.

N.B. :As specified in the call for application, the programme is completely taught in English. Entry Requirements include knowledge of the English language is at least B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference. More information about the English Requirement.
